Terms of Service

Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings are prepaid through Stripe.
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your session start time. Bookings cancelled after this window are non-refundable.
• Member visits refund to your balance if you cancel within the window.
• Memberships auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of your paid period.

Yard Rules

• All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations.
• Owners are responsible for supervising their dogs at all times.
• Please clean up after your dog. Bags and bins are provided on site.
• Aggressive dogs must be removed from the yard immediately.
• Maximum 3 dogs per private session and per booking on the communal yard.

Liability Waiver

By booking a session, you accept the liability waiver shown during checkout. You assume all risk associated with allowing your dog to play at Sip & Sniff Yard and release us from liability for injury or property damage caused by your dog or by you.

Pricing Changes

We may update pricing with notice. Bookings already confirmed at a previous price are honored at that price.
