Our Story
Sip & Sniff Yard started because we knew the feeling. You love your dog, but the dog park? That's a different story. Maybe your dog is reactive. Maybe they're just a lot. Either way, you stopped going — and your dog lost their social life because of it.
We built this yard so you could give that back. A private, reservable space where every visit is controlled, clean, and calm. No surprise off-leash dogs. No stares from other owners. No chaos. Just your dog, running free, being exactly who they are.
Whether you reserve a private session for uninterrupted play or join a communal block with other yard-ready dogs, you'll always know exactly who's in the yard. And because we believe dog time should also be your time, we include a proper self-serve coffee bar, comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi, and a grooming station so you can head home with a tired, clean dog and a clear mind.
What We Offer
Communal Sessions
Reserved 2-hour play blocks with a controlled number of yard-ready dogs. Great for socialization in a calm, managed environment.
Private Reservations
45-minute sessions where the entire yard is yours. Perfect for reactive dogs, focused training, or just giving your dog space to run without worry.
Grooming Station
A proper wash experience with professional shampoo, towels, and a dryer. Not a hose — a grooming station you'd actually want to use.
Coffee Bar & Wi-Fi
A proper self-serve coffee bar — not a vending machine. Settle in, connect to Wi-Fi, and enjoy the view while your dog does their thing.
We care about all animals, not just the ones you bring in.
A portion of every visit goes to support Careful Cat Rescue, helping exotic cats find their forever homes.
Saturday Mornings
