Our Story
Sip & Sniff Yard was born from a simple idea: dog owners deserve a space where they can truly relax while their pups play safely. No more stressing about aggressive dogs at public parks, no more muddy chaos, and no more guilt about leaving your dog at home.
We created a private, reservable yard where every visit is controlled, clean, and calm. Whether you choose a communal session to socialize your pup or a private booking for uninterrupted play, you'll always know exactly who's in the yard and how many dogs are present.
And because we believe dog time should also be your time, we include self-serve coffee, comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi, and a dog wash station so you can head home with a tired, clean pup and a clear mind.
What We Offer
Communal Sessions
2-hour play sessions with a controlled number of dogs. Great for socialization in a safe environment.
Private Bookings
45-minute exclusive sessions - just you and your dog(s) in the entire yard. Perfect for reactive dogs or focused training.
Dog Wash Station
Self-serve wash with professional shampoo, towels, and a dryer. Add it to any session or book standalone.
Coffee & Wi-Fi
Complimentary self-serve coffee and free Wi-Fi. Catch up on work or just enjoy the view.
We care about all animals, not just the ones you bring in.
A portion of every visit goes to support Careful Cat Rescue, helping cats find their forever homes.
