Sip & Sniff Yard ("we", "us") operates this website and books sessions at our physical location.
Information we collect
- Account info: name, email, phone number, hashed password
- Dog info you provide: name, breed, age, vaccination records
- Booking history and membership status
- Payment info handled and stored by Stripe (we never see full card numbers)
- IP address and timestamp when you accept the liability waiver
How we use it
- To confirm and manage your bookings
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts
- To keep your dogs safe (vaccination verification)
- To operate and improve the site
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share limited data with:
- Stripe (payments)
- SendGrid (transactional email)
- Our booking and analytics hosting providers
Your rights
You can update or delete your account information at any time from your dashboard. To fully delete your account, email hello@sipandsniffyard.com.
